Assisting VNPT in negotiation process to sign contract with foreign contractors in purchase of first satellite of Vietnam (VINASAT 1).

Engaging in Purchasing Agreement as to 04 Boeing 777-200 of Vietnam Airline which was guaranteed by EXIM BANK (USA).
Providing legal advice for aircraft leasing contract of 01 Airbus A 321-100 conducted between Singapore Aircraft Leasing Company and Laos Airlines.
Providing legal advice for aircraft leasing contract between Ansett Worldwide Aviation, U.S.A and Vietnam Airline Corporation for the Boeing 767-33AER.
