Advising and representing POSCO A&C a Korean company in the recovery of more than VND 4,000,000,000 under the contract for designing apartment complex that Vietrancimex as an investor.
Advising and reprenting X&L Intermnational Rubber Co., Ltd, a company based in Hong Kong to settle a dispute on a rubber purchase agreement with Lien Anh Rubber Company Limited, based in Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam to recover US$ 386,925.
Advising and representing DOKO INC, a Japanese textile corporation in dispute settlement of the Joint Venture Contract with VIT Garment Co., Ltd involving the establishment, operation and dissolution of UNO Corporation at the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC). The Joint Venture Enterprise was established in Vietnam with an investment of US$ 4,200,000.
Advising and representing Juna Company Limited, a company with 100% Korean capital to solve the dispute and recover the debt of VND 9,400,000,000 under construction contract signed between Juna and TAC Investment Co., Ltd to build Da Quy Vien Dong Factory in Hoa Mac Industrial Zone, Duy Tien district, Ha Nam province.
Advising and representing the Truong Son PVC Oil and Construction JSC to settle dispute and recover VND 35,000,000,000 related to 02 construction contracts for developing infrastructure in Vung Ang Economic Zone, Ha Tinh province.
Advising and representing Samsun, a Korean company in the recovery of VND 1,491,386,900 under the purchase steel agreement between Samsun and Vietnam Stainless Steel JSC.
Advising and representing KPI Vina, a Korean company to solve the dispute and recover VND 7,140.000.000 under the contract of buying 24 tons Daewoo trucks between KPI and Sanviha.
Advising and representing Vietnam Dongil Rubber Belt Co., Ltd (“Dongil”), a Korean company in the recovery of more than 5,000,000,000 VND debt that Thang Long Industrial and Investment JSC (“Thang Long”) buys automatic conveyor systems from Dongil under the contract signed between Thang Long and Dongil.
Advising and representing Punta Co., ltd, a company based in Thailand, specializing in providing services for the operation of golf course to resolve dispute and recover nearly US$ 100,000 that DK ENC Vietnam did not paid for Punta after using the maintenance golf course services of them.
Advising and representing Posco E&C to resolve dispute and recover VND 131,398,088,656 under the construction contract signed between Hung Viet JSC as investor and Posco E&C as contractor to build Golden Land Apartment Project.
