To be consultant in providing legal advice of Vietnamese regulations and laws in share assignment business, re-structure and liquidation, merging & acquiring transactions (M&A):

Providing VMS with legal advice for implementation of procedures related to liquidation of Business Cooperation Contract (BCC) between VMS and Comvik Group, including: (i) Assisting VMS in negotiation with the foreign partner for liquidation of the BCC; (ii) Giving legal advice and plan of liquidation process; (iii) Preparing related documents required for the liquidation process (agreements, minutes of liquidation);

During the operation process of the BCC, giving consulting advice in re-organization of the BCC, composing documents required for the business operation (business contracts of procurement or services), internal regulations of the BCC.
Providing legal advice and assisting Nghi Tam Tourism Development Company (a Joint Venture Company) in re-organization, capital increase
Giving advice and assisting Fortuna in its business of shares assignment and re-organization.
Giving advice and assisting NEWTACO in shares assignment transaction and converting the joint venture company to a wholly local company.
Giving advice and assisting SUN RED RIVER CAYMAN LTD. and HASEGAWA LTD in their shares assignment business in a joint venture company to convert such company to a wholly foreign owned company.
Providing legal advice for business between Wireless Frequency Department and Telesat Canada Consulting Firm on relocation of satellite of the Wireless Frequency Department in orbit.
Providing consulting service for business of acquiring an automobile factory between Vietnam Dong Luc Machinery & Agriculture Corporation and SAMSUNG
Providing consulting service for bidding transaction of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam for its operation of an Integrated Bank System.
Providing consulting service for equipment leasing contract between Charter Broadcast LTD (England) and Vietnam Television Station for 22^nd Seagames in Vietnam.
Providing consulting service for contract of equipment procurement conducted by Chinfon Cement Company (VietNam) to build a Clinke winding factory.
Providing consulting service for contract of equipment leasing for operation of the WestLake Water Park Project.
Giving advice and assisting Kanenmatsu Group in business of re-organization of a joint venture company.
Assisting Kanenmatsu to sell all of its shares in the joint venture company to OKAMOTO, which is a Japanese organization.
